The Inner Circle is an exclusive programme for Men combining the benefits of group engagement and support with 1:1 coaching, in the service of accelerated personal growth and transformation.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Inner Circle is for Men who are not content with living a life of what-might-have-been. It is for Men who are committed to breaking free of patterns, beliefs, behaviours and limitations which are preventing them from claiming the life they always dreamed of: the one which is an authentic expression of who they are.

You are likely to be someone who has achieved a certain level of success in your life, but have come to a point where there are questions for you around the direction you are heading in, and the quality of the life you are living.

This may apply to your work, your relationships and family life, or simply your experience of life on a day-to-day basis.


You are likely to have already explored many avenues and employed many strategies, but have reached the point where you realise there are limits to what 
you can achieve on your own, or by trying to work it all out by yourself.




WHY WOULD YOU JOIN?

The Inner Circle offers a space to step into your leadership and responsibility as a Man – to enhance your ability to respond to lifes' challenges, and take full responsibility for how your life occurs. With the invitation to share your dreams, you'll be offered encouragement (and challenge, where appropriate) to honour your commitment and take the actions necessary to bring them to life.

You are likely to experience something else: a genuine, palpable sense of brotherhood and support from other Men. To discover that the struggles you experience are shared by others. To see that others' victories in no way diminish yours, and that the opposite is actually true: that you are likely to be surrounded by Men whose only wish is for you to flourish, and for your dreams to come to life. You may even up with advocates, ambassadors or partners committed to realising your visions.

STRUCTURE

The Inner Circle is an exclusive programme for accelerated growth and transformation which will run for 12 months, scheduled to begin in March 2024. Membership of the programme will give access to:

– Monthly 90min Zoom group online sessions, Wednesdays 8.30pm TBC*
– Up to 2 x 1:1 individual coaching calls per month, set up directly via email
– Invitation to join a private WhatsApp group for ongoing support/accountability
– Invitation to attend monthly Circle of Tāne IRL group sessions (Auckland, NZ)

The monthly group online sessions will provide space for sharing and interaction with other Men, under my guidance. This will include opportunities to explore key themes related to the unique life challenges we face as Men.

Along the way, you'll be invited to declare your dreams, visions and objectives, and given the support and encouragement to move towards their realisation. This may involve identifying and navigating obstacles that lie in your path, whilst also providing an appropriate level of challenge and accountability, to support you in taking action and obtaining tangible results.

In addition to the group meetings, you’ll have up to two 1:1 coaching calls per month in order to go deeper into a process of personal enquiry, to bring awareness and healing of unconscious conditioning and beliefs which are getting in the way of you living the life you dream of.

As part of the Membership, you'll have access to The Inner Circle WhatsApp group. This will be a space to connect with other participants and provide support throughout your journey, where you can report on your experience and receive support and encouragement between sessions.

New Zealand based members of The Inner Circle will be invited to attend monthly Circle of Tāne group sessions, held each month on the night of the New Moon.

WHY AM I OFFERING THIS?

Having witnessed and worked with hundreds of Men, in the capacity of Embodiment Coach and Mens Work Facilitator, I’ve observed a phenomena which appears to be a common experience. As we approach our late 30s, 40s, we begin to ask questions about the life we are living, and whether it is one we are satisfied with. Whether it is the one we dreamed of living. Whether we have lost sight of the life we envisaged for ourselves, and have ended up somewhere else. Often, having committed our lives to ticking off boxes, fulfilling various roles and responsibilities, and putting the needs of others ahead of ourselves.

What is revealed in this questioning is a deep, fundamental desire, for two things. One, to live a life of personal joy and fulfillment, which is a full expression of our gifts. Two, to live a life of value and purpose, one which leaves a legacy we can be proud of, either in the domain of work, or more likely in WHO we are as Men, and how we show up in the lives of our family and loved ones. Perhaps with the growing awareness of one’s own mortality, comes a sense of this life being finite, and that if we truly wish to make changes to the life we are living, then time is of the essence.

I am committed to supporting Men, in this place. The Inner Circle is a space for Men to connect deeply with themselves and their visions for their lives; to bring awareness to barriers which are preventing them from stepping into the life they dream of; and to provide healing of wounds which lie at the root of it all, which they may not even be conscious of.

While promising to fulfill the dreams and desires of you as individuals, you are also answering a call for more Men in the world who stand in their sovereignty, and have full access to embodied power, leadership and responsibility. Men are available and able to make a greater contribution to the world, to the lives of their loved ones, their families and communities.
